Hello, i also have a bricked RQ0253 Radio from ebay ...buyer name... the_chukchee / it just worked about 1 week and then freezed to death... support on ebay gave no solutions and no return information... always excused and let me wait till buyer protection was gone... was not kool at least ipaid abo...

oh i thought there is an update solution already...

ive just used an typical wifi antenna from an old router and brazed it on same point as the old antenna was
i did not remove the old antenna just added a second one on the old antenna output
works really good

hi thank you for the answear., im a professional and kinda know what i have to do ive already took the radio in parts last week and added an more efficient wifi antenna to reach my house while parking the installed one was good too but my house is a lil far from the parking lot it worked really well...
