android 8 car stereo steering wheel key issue

Good morning, i have a pumpkin car stereo android 8 4gb octa core bought on italian amazon (order 404-6132620-8201116).
i have issue with one steering wheel key. they all works correctly except the "green phone". when i try to confìgure key the answering key isn't detected.

my car is a Opel Mokka with 2Connect adapter. on my previous car stereo (joying :? ) works correctly.


can you help me?
