I have a Pumpkin Radio I bought June 14, 2016 from amazon

KD-C0250+Y0811

Im having issues with the radio just changing stations with AF TF off

Sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese New Year's Day.
Regarding your issue, please turn off the AF and TA function off, then check if the radio still search station automatically.

Still doing it even on AM stations.... Turning unit off and on doesn't make a difference. TA is off ...... Starting to think this was a waste of money

Still doing it on AM as well TA is off. Some days it won't do it others it's all the time getting frustrating

had you try to flash the unit?
If it doesn't help ,you can contact hte customer service to change a touch screen.

Yes the unit is Flashed with the firmware you provided to me. How do I contact them
